Deluxe packages only include:
Customized water bottle, eye mask, name signs, party sign, and balloon designs (garland, tent topper, or bouquet).


150 security (non-refundable and transferable) due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to booking.
$75 damage (refundable).


A refundable fee returned after inspection of rental equipment. If damages occur, an itemized list will be sent and any leftover deposit will be refunded. Due with final payment 1 week before the event.


The final payment is due 1 week prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited.


Parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. If booked within 1 week, the full balance is due at booking.


Parties can be rescheduled for a later date. Security deposit is non-refundable but transferable. If canceled within 7 days, funds are only transferable or 50% refundable.

We’ll do our best to accommodate additions (subject to availability). Reductions are okay, but the original booking fee remains.

We deliver, assemble, and style your chosen teepee decor. After your event, we return the next day to pack it all up.


Each teepee and bed is about 3.5 ft. by 6.5 ft. We typically need at least 16 ft. by 24 ft. depending on number of tents.


Typically 24 hours. Duration may vary based on your arrangement.


Yes! For $50 per teepee per night, subject to availability.


Setup takes 1–3 hours depending on the number of teepees, party location, stairs, and theme.


Yes! Setups are typically scheduled between morning and 3 pm.


Yes. Extension cords are used to inflate air mattresses.


Yes! Teepees are secured at the top with rope and do not move once opened.


No. Just send pictures of your space on the day of setup.


Make sure the area is clean, pet-free, and as open as possible. Move as much furniture as you can.

Yes! Any theme or colors can be customized for $50–$100 depending on the theme and number of guests.

Yes! Send us your guest list with preferred name spellings at least 1 week in advance.

Yes! Teepees are 5 ft. tall and use twin-sized air mattresses. Adult themes are considered custom. Contact us for options!

All materials are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Bedding is professionally laundered.


Yes. We use non-fragrant, hypoallergenic detergent on all bedding to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.


We love pets, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent damage to the air mattresses and fabrics.


While we don’t accommodate hotel parties, we are happy to set up at a clubhouse. Reach out to discuss your space!


Yes! Outdoor teepee sleepovers are amazing. A $100 outdoor setup fee applies to cover extra equipment prep.
